  • The client cancels the order before any work has begun.

 

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Submit a refund request within 14 days of the order completion date.
  • Provide detailed reasons and any supporting evidence (e.g., communication, deliverables).

 

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The client approves the final delivery and later changes their mind.
  • The dissatisfaction arises due to reasons beyond the freelancer’s control, such as changes in project scope after the work begins.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, pazaryeri.projekurdu.com will act as a mediator to ensure a fair resolution. Both parties are expected to provide necessary evidence during the review process.

 

6. Platform Fees

Transaction fees or platform charges are non-refundable.
